1) Click the “Make an offer” button located in each listing.

2) Choose Item/Service to offer –You must need to add barter listing before making an offer, click on “add barter deal here” button

3) Stipulations - Any conditions should be entered in the description. This is only an offer and the other user have right to accept or reject an offer, you can negotiate for a particular offer through Gulf Barter Trade mail system. You may make multiple offers with the same item.

4) We will send email to notify the seller about your offer.

Create New Listing (Add Barter Deal)

Follow the step-by-step guide to add your listing at Gulf Barter.

You must be a registered member of Gulfbarter

To get started log in to your Gulfbarter Account, then click 'Add barter Deal' in the navigation menu above.

There is two sections

I Have

• Select category for your item/service
• Enter your item/service title
• Enter available item quantity
• Enter estimated value of your item/service
• Choose the location of your item/service
• Enter description about what you are offering to trade. Give as many details as possible. Include any shipping/payment details here
• Click ‘drop files here to upload’ and locate your files to upload. The images should be less than 2MB.
• Images must be gif, png, or jpeg format.
• Avoid using spaces in image names
• Maximum 8 files are allowed to upload

• Choose the location where you want this item/service

GulfBarter Mailing System

Gulfbarter mailing system is an internal communication method to keep your messages private& Confidential.

Sending Trade Mail

Contact a seller by clicking send message button on each listing, type your message, and click send.

Your Mail is sent immediately, and the recipient will be notified that they've got mail via the email address provided.

Checking GulfBarter Mail

If you have new messages, we will notify you via e-mail. Click on the link in your e-mail to go to your Mailbox.

Once you have entered your username and password (if you haven't already done so previously), your mailbox will appear and unread messages are highlighted. Click on the subject line of the message to read it.

Replying to a Mail

Simply type your message and Press "Send" button.

Deleting a Mail

From message listing, select conversation which you want to delete and press Delete button

Help: Gulf Barter Mail is used for working out offer details. For example, let's say an offer states in the conditions that the other party would like you to pay shipping costs or negotiate a deal. If you think it is fair to split shipping, you can reply to the offer via Mail, and state, "I'll pay half of shipping." If the offering party agrees, they will need to update their offer to state that you both pay half. Then you may accept the offer once the conditions are agreeable and specified correctly in the conditions and stipulations box in the offer.
